1、I would like to purchase installation services. Who will be performing the installation?
VSCHNEL has partnered with a network of installation service providers who have expertise in installing home EV charging stations. All the electricians who will be providing installation services in this program are certified ChargePoint installers.
2、I wanted to pay for installation as part of my purchase on the web store but was told that “my package will be quoted separately.” Why is that?
We have a network of installers that can cover most addresses, but some of them are not able to provide “live” pricing on our store. These installers are still part of the ChargePoint certified installer network. One of them will be in touch with you soon to help evaluate your specific installation needs and provide you with a quote. If you decide to proceed with the quote, then you will pay that installer directly for the installation.
3、I purchased a charging station and installation. What happens next?
As part of the purchase process for your installation, you answered a series of questions about your property. If you received an instant price quote on the store, our installer will reach out to you via text message to invite you to provide a few more details about your installation, and then they will let you know about the next steps for your particular installation job. If you were not given an instant price quote on the store, then your installer will reach out to you to make arrangements to provide you an estimate for your installation job. If you decide to move forward with the installation, then you will pay your installer directly once they have completed the installation.
